What is CTET?
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India. Purpose of CTET
The primary purpose of CTET is to ensure that candidates possess the essential qualifications and standards required to become competent and effective teachers in primary and upper primary levels.

CTET Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for CTET varies for different levels of teaching:
Primary Stage (Classes I to V): Candidates must have passed senior secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Elementary Stage (Classes VI to VIII): Candidates must have a graduation degree and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or a 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

প্ৰাথমিক পৰ্যায় (প্ৰথম শ্ৰেণীৰ পৰা পঞ্চম শ্ৰেণী): প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে কমেও ৫০% নম্বৰ লৈ ছিনিয়ৰ ছেকেণ্ডাৰী (বা ইয়াৰ সমতুল্য) উত্তীৰ্ণ হ’ব লাগিব আৰু প্ৰাথমিক শিক্ষাৰ ২ বছৰীয়া ডিপ্লমা (ডি.এল.এড)ৰ অন্তিম বৰ্ষত উত্তীৰ্ণ হ’ব লাগিব বা উপস্থিত হ’ব লাগিব। বা প্ৰাথমিক শিক্ষাত ৪ বছৰীয়া স্নাতক (বি.এল.এড)।

CTET Examination Pattern
The CTET exam is conducted in two papers:

The CTET July 2023 examination is set to take place on the 20th of August 2023, divided into two shifts. CTET Examination time Table
The download link for the CTET Admit Card 2023 is scheduled to be unveiled on the official website www.ctet.nic.in on the 18th of August 2023. Candidates who have applied for Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas must successfully clear the CTET examination.
